in a press release from my employer, nelson&company, i get a ll bashful from the textual pats on the back. you can find these pats here.

no one dislikes public praise less than i do. a monosyllabic verbal approval such as "nice" in person is all i need for my ego. anything beyond that puts me into "aw shucks" mode.

and what's more, this same thing will be in the paper with a picture of me as a reminder i need to get more serious about this diet thing.
