july updates.

rather than attempt a cutesy title for this post, i think july updates will suffice.

i have been paying much more attention to my tweets and facebook than i have this poor blog, so i'll place a creative dump of everything i have worked on for the last month.

helmet no.4.
martes 13.
scream, frankenstein! scream!
under the sea.
gooooooooooooooooooal!
the life aquatic.
crash.
ptero pteam.

some of these will be up for voting at threadless soon:
the life aquatic. - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever
martes 13. - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

this one is already in the running at threadless:
scream, frankenstein! scream! - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

and a bit of good news, shirt.woot will be featuring one of my designs sometime soon. good news for me, as i needed to pay for a window i broke, repair some plumbing and get caught up on some bills.

nerds unite.

i have a 2nd shirt up at shirt.woot today.

it would be my third shirt with the wooters, but they had asked to buy a previously sold design at one point last year.

i am pleased to present:
nerd.

i read through the forum's reviews and the posters aren't as pleased with this design as they were with my last woot design. on the other side of the same coin, this design has already sold double in the first 12 hours what the other one sold in it's entire run, and most of the tweets from strangers have been positive. take them both and there you have the facts of life... the facts of life.

shirt.woot only keeps the 20 most poular designs, so this one could be gone soon.

gorgeous george.

a new threadless design.

i am also currently submitting designs to teefury.com. they have a shirt.woot kind of set up, where there's a new shirt every day, only unlike shirt.woot, you can't buy it after the 24 hours is up, and there's no contest element to it. which i kind of like. although i love threadless to death, the voters there are primarily comprised of teenagers with their mouse hovering over a vote of zero. it's nice to be able to enter somewhere the staff of design minded people just pick whatever tickles their fancy.
